when men began to multiply on the face of the earth, and daughters were born unto them (Gen. 6:1 KJV)
the sons of elohim saw the daughters of men that they were fair;
and they took them wives of all which they chose (Gen. 6:2 KJV)
the LORD said, My spirit shall not always strive with man,..
his days shall be an hundred and twenty years. (Gen. 6:3 KJV)
here were giants in the earth in those days; and also after that, when the sons of God came in unto the daughters of men, and they bare children to them (Gen. 6:4 KJV)

Giants are most likely descendants of the Nephilim (beeings which lived before the first flood). Presumably because of the catastrophic flooding, Giants live most of there live in the earth, but at a younger age also on the earth.
Giants are also mentioned in (2 Sam 21:15-22) and (Chr 20:4-8) In (Deu 3:11) the length of a bed is descripted as nine cubits = 4,11 m. They are subdivided into four groups (Gen 14:5):
Rephaim (in Ashteroth) -> (Deut 3:11), (Chr 20:4), Zuzim (in Ham) -> (Deu 2:20), Emim (in Shaveh-Kiriathaim) -> (Deu 2:10) and Amorites (Horites) -> (Num 13:29), (Am 2:9).
Giants, there decentants and the humans developed a highly technologized civilization. This worldwide Empire was called Tartaria. Everywhere on the planet we can find remains of this advanced Structures, Buildings and Art.

Male humanlike beeings (Gen: 1:29, Gen: 3:7) aka Reptilians corpulated with fermale humans and they bare children to them.
And GOD saw that the wickedness of man was great in the earth,
and that every imagination of the thoughts of his heart was only evil continually (Gen. 6:5 KJV)
And it repented the LORD that he had made man on the earth, and it grieved him at his heart. (Gen. 6:6 KJV)
And the LORD said, I will destroy man whom I have created from the face of the earth; both man, and beast, and the creeping thing, and the fowls of the air; for it repenteth me that I have made them. (Gen. 6:7 KJV)
The LORD will send a Flood in (Gen 7:10) because of the geat wickedness

Noah begat three sons, Shem, Ham, and Japheth (Gen. 6:10 KJV)

God said unto Noah, The end of all flesh is come before me;

God talked to Noah about to destroy all flesh but of all Living beings shell one paar be alive

Make thee an ark of gopher wood; rooms shalt thou make in the ark,
and shalt pitch it within and without with pitch (Gen. 6:14 KJV)
The length of the ark shall be three hundred cubits, the breadth of it fifty cubits,
and the height of it thirty cubits (Gen. 6:15 KJV)
A window shalt thou make to the ark, and in a cubit shalt thou finish it above; and the door of the ark shalt thou set in the side thereof; with lower, second, and third stories shalt thou make it. (Gen. 6:16 KJV)
I, do bring a flood of waters upon the earth, to destroy all flesh (Gen. 6:17 KJV)
and you shall enter the ark-- you and your sons and your wife, and your sons' wives with you. (Gen 6:18 NAS)
